Renault Duster spied testing in India
The third-generation Renault Duster has been confirmed for the Indian market. Renault is gearing up to relaunch its popular Duster SUV in the Indian market.
The Renault Duster will make its debut in India sometime around Diwali next year, which means a probable launch in November 2025.
A heavily camouflaged test model of the SUV has reportedly been caught on camera somewhere in Kerala. The India-spec Duster will be visually similar to its international counterpart.
In the international markets, the new Duster is offered with three engine options: a 1.0-liter turbo-petrol engine, a 1.2-liter turbo-petrol motor, and a 1.3-liter turbo-petrol engine. There is also an option of a mild hybrid setup with two of the aforementioned options.
On the feature front, the new Duster will offer an ADAS suite with features such as lane change warning, automatic emergency braking, traffic sign recognition with speed alert, and object detection. Talking about safety, the all-new Duster will come equipped with six airbags as standard, ABS with EBD, electronic stability control, and more.
Upon launch, the third-generation Renault Duster will compete with the Hyundai Creta, Kia Seltos, Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara, MG Astor, Skoda Kushaq, Tata Curvv, and the Volkswagen Taigun.
