Skoda India Aims to Expand over 200 cities and 350 touchpoints by the end of 2025
Skoda India has announced numerous comprehensive strategy to boost its brand presence and product offerings in the Indian market to significantly accelerate its growth in the country.
The announcement comes as the brand celebrates 25 years of operations in India and 130 years of global automotive heritage.

Enhanced Reach & Ownership Experience

Skoda India Aims to Expand over 200 cities and 350 touchpoints by the end of 2025
Skoda India aims on expanding to tier II and tier III markets with the brand targeting being present in over 200 cities by the end of 2025. The company has already grown from 120 customer touchpoints in 2021 to over 290 as of yet, with an aim for 350 touchpoints by the end of 2025.
This growth will help the brand tap into the rising demand for premium cars in tier II and tier III cities, where evolving consumer preferences are increasingly aligned with global trends.
Moreover, Skoda India is focusing on enhancing its reach and customer experience in the Indian market to make it more customer friendly brand.

Comprehensive warranty and service packages further aim to boost customer trust and loyalty.

Skoda Auto India is placing equal emphasis on the quality of its customer engagement. Initiatives such as the Skoda Supercare program offer free routine servicing until the second year or 30,000 km—whichever comes first. This is supported by robust warranty packages and transparent service programs designed to build trust and long-term brand loyalty.

With this multifaceted approach, Skoda Auto India aims to not only deepen its presence but also redefine premium mobility for Indian consumers, setting the stage for a transformative 2025.

SUV-Centric Product Strategy

As part of its “product offensive,” Skoda Auto India is reinforcing its SUV lineup while maintaining its leadership in the sedan segment. The current SUV portfolio—comprising the Kylaq, Kushaq, and Kodiaq—caters to a wide spectrum of customer preferences. On the sedan front, the Slavia continues to lead, and a new global model is set to debut soon, further expanding Skoda’s premium appeal in India.

Exploring new business avenues

Škoda Auto India has a clear intent to further strengthen business complementors like its certified pre-owned business to power its growth. While it already caters to government agencies and other fleets, the brand will focus on renewed actions at garnering further growth from these avenues, while enhancing corporate and rural channels.

Speaking at the occasion, Ashish Gupta, Brand Director, Skoda Auto India, said, “India is the most important growth market for Skoda Auto outside Europe.
