Tata Motors has released a teaser of its much anticipated Curvv SUV. The Curvv EV marks Tata’s second vehicle built on its Acti.ev architecture, after the Punch EV that was launched earlier this year. The Tata Curvv was showcased as a concept in 2022, and made its debut at the 2023 Auto Expo.
The ICE-powered model of the Tata Curvv EV is also expected sometime after the launch of the EV. The new Curvv will be positioned on Tata’s Generation 2 platform
The Tata Curvv EV will be a ground-up all-electric model with a coupe body style. It is likely to be offered in two versions – Standard Range and Long Range – with varying battery packs.
The coupe SUV is also anticipated to come equipped with an Advanced Driver Assistance Systems suite, enhancing safety and driving convenience. The vehicle may feature a dual-motor setup. Curvv EV will offer touch-based HVAC controls, ventilated front seats, auto-dimming IRVM, 360-degree surround camera.
The Curvv’s sloping roofline looks eccentric compared to its traditional SUV bodystyle rivals.The SUV coupe has a unique front end, flush-fitting door handles and a striking rear fascia.
The Tata Curvv EV will be offered with a sleek connected LED strip on top and dual-projector LED headlamps inside triangular clusters at the bottom. A similar connected LED stripe is likely to be offered at the rear as well.
The Curvv EV maintains the look of the concept with a coupe-like SUV look.
