Tata Motors has released an update for the Harrier. The update adds two crucial driver assistance features: Lane Keep Assist and Adaptive Steering Assist.
The Tata Harrier is being updated with a new OTA update, adding the LKA feature.
Despite the availability of this feature in the updated models, Tata Motors did not include it during the initial launch of the Harrier and Safari facelifts. The company had cited the need for further calibration as the reason behind the omission.

Tata Motors had assured customers who purchased the initial batch of these new SUVs that lane-keep assist would be added through a software update in the near future.
The addition of lane-keep assist and adaptive steering assist will further enhance the safety features of the Harrier.
