Tata Nexon CNG Launched at Rs 8.99 lakh

Tata Motors has launched its much-anticipated CNG-powered Nexon, which was earlier showcased at the Bharat Mobility Global Expo 2024 earlier this year.

Notably, the Nexon is the only vehicle in the Indian market to offer multiple powertrain options —petrol, diesel, electric, and now CNG.

The Nexon CNG is India’s first turbocharged petrol-CNG combination to be offered, and it is the second car after the XUV 3XO in the segment to get a panoramic sunroof.

Offered in four broad variants: Smart, Pure, Creative, and Fearless Plus.

Moreover, the Nexon CNG gets a similar exterior and interior as the Tata Nexon ICE (internal combustion engine) version.

The Nexon CNG SUV features several first-in-segment features such as a panoramic sunroof, dual 10.25-inch screens for infotainment and the digital cluster, a wireless charger, a 360-degree camera, eight speakers, ventilated front seats, auto headlamps with rain-sensing wipers, leatherette seat upholstery, and LED headlights with sequential LED DRLs.

The Tata Nexon CNG comes with dual-CNG cylinders, which have a total capacity of 60 liters. It has a boot space of 321 liters, which is 61 liters less than the ICE (internal combustion engine) Nexon.

Tata Motors offers the Nexon CNG in 8 variants, which are priced between Rs 8.99 lakh and Rs 14.59 lakh (ex-showroom). Check out the list below:
