The ICE version of the Sierra will feature Tata’s all-new 1.5L Hyperion turbo petrol engine and a 2.0L diesel engine, producing a maximum power of 170bhp. The gasoline unit delivers a peak torque of 280Nm, while the oil burner offers 350Nm.
On the feature front, we can expect the Sierra to offer sound system sourced from Harman, wireless phone charger, ventilated front seats, wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay support, a 360 degree camera, electronic stability control, 6 airbags, Level 2 ADAS and more.
The Tata Sierra will compete with the Hyundai Creta, Kia Seltos, Maruti Grand Vitara, Skoda Kushaq, Volkswagen Taigun and Honda Elevate.
