Volkswagen India has launched its much anticipated GT Line and the GT Plus Sport version of the Virtus. The new introductions in the lineup are designed to align with customer aspirations while boasting an enhanced aesthetic appeal.
The Virtus GT Line and GT Plus Sport are priced at INR 14.07 lakh and INR 17.84 lakh (ex-showroom).

In addition to launching the Virtus GT Line and Virtus GT Plus Sport, Volkswagen has upgraded the feature package for the Taigun GT Line. It now includes a 20.32 cm digital cockpit and an electric sunroof, further enhancing its appeal.
The introduction of the Highline Plus variant for both Taigun and Virtus, powered by the 1.0l TSI petrol engine, offers a compelling new option for customers seeking value and features, with prices starting from INR 13.87 lakh for the Virtus Highline Plus (MT).
Virtus GT Plus Sport: Exterior
Changes include door handles sporting a new dark chrome finish, gloss black accents on the front and rear bumpers and grille, red GT badges on the grille and fenders replacing chrome, and red-painted brake callipers. Additionally, the blacked-out treatment extends to the alloys, lip spoilers, ORVMs, and bumpers, with the roof finished in carbon steel gray.
Virtus GT Plus Sport: Interior
Inside, the Virtus GT Plus Sport gets black leatherette upholstery with grey stitching, a black headliner, a Sport steering wheel with grey stitching, aluminum pedals, and more. The grab handles, roof lamphousing, and sunvisors are finished in black.
Virtus GT Plus Sport: Powertrain
Mechanically, the Virtus GT Plus Sport is equipped with a 1.5-liter TSI petrol engine mated to a six-speed manual and a seven-speed DCT gearbox.

The Virtus GT Line offers blackened LED headlamps with LED DRLs, front grille, bootlid spoiler, window line, and Virtus lettering. Additionally, we get blacked-out 16-inch alloy wheels, GT Line badging, blacked-out ORVMs, and an electric sunroof.

The interior boasts red ambient lighting and stylish black leatherette upholstery. The GT line includes a range of modern features such as an electric sunroof, a 20.32 cm digital cockpit, and a 25.65 cm VW Play touchscreen infotainment system with wireless connectivity for Android Auto and Apple CarPlay.
