Volkswagen India announces Tiguan R-Line’s Safety Features

Volkswagen's flagship SUV, the Tiguan R Line's safety features has been revealed by the automaker.
The Tiguan R Line also has a 5-star NCAP crash safety rating.
Volkswagen's Park Assist Plus with Park Distance Control will also be included in the Tiguan R Line's feature set.

Volkswagen India has announced the safety features of the Tiguan r line, ahead of its official launch on April 14. The automaker has also revealed other key features of this car, details of which are live on our website.

Volkswagen Tiguan R-Line Safety Features

Highlighting safety features of the upcoming Volkswagen Tiguan R-Line include:

9 airbags as standard
Level 2 ADAS
Front and rear discs
Hill Start Assist
Hill Descent Control

Moreover, the Level 2 ADAS suite gets 21 features, some of which include Auto Emergency Braking, Front Assist with Pedestrian and Cyclist Monitoring, Park Assist Plus , Lane Change System, Side Assist, Rear Traffic Alert, and Exit Warning System.

The Volkswagen Tiguan R-Line will be another example of the VW’s robust safety standard in car safety. With its 5-star EURO NCAP rating, Level 2 ADAS, and MQB Evo platform.
