Hyundai Launches Exter CNG Duo in India for Rs 8.5 Lakh

Hyundai Motor India has launched the EXTER Hy-CNG Duo. The Exter CNG Duo is available at a starting price of Rs. 8.5 lakh (ex-showroom), across three variants: S, SX, and the recently launched SX Knight Edition.

The Hyundai Exter CNG is available in both dual-cylinder and single-cylinder versions.

The EXTER Hy-CNG is powered by a 1.2-liter bi-fuel (petrol with CNG) engine paired with a 5-speed manual transmission. It delivers a fuel efficiency of 27.1 km/kg and is equipped with a company-fitted CNG system.

Hyundai has equipped the Exter CNG Duo with an Integrated Electronic Control Unit (ECU) that ensures a smooth transition between petrol and CNG modes.

The EXTER CNG gets two small CNG cylinders instead of one large unit, which opens up more space in the boot.

S: Rs 8,50,300 (ex-showroom)
SX: Rs 9,23,300 (ex-showroom)
EXTER Knight SX: Rs 9,38,200 (ex-showroom)
