The Mahindra Thar Roxx has reached dealerships across the country. The carmaker has now begun offering test drives of the SUV to customers at all its showrooms. Its bookings will open on October 3, with deliveries slated to commence from Dussehra 2024 (October 12).
The Mahindra Thar Roxx is offered in six variants: MX1, MX3, MX5, AX3L, AX5L, and AX7L.
Mahindra has claimed that the SUV has a water-fording depth of 650 mm. If you want to go to the mountains, then Mahindra claims the Thar Roxx can climb at an approach angle of 41.7 degrees and a departure angle of 36.1 degrees. The maximum angle of a ramp it can get onto is 23.9 degrees.
The Thar Roxx has a long list of safety features; among them the prominent features include 6 airbags, seat belt reminders, passenger airbag ON/OFF for child safety, ISOFIX mounts, electronic stability control (ESC), Hill Hold Control (HHC), Hill Descent Control (HDC), traction control, and a Tyre Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS).
