Kia Carens is the third best-selling product in Kia’s India portfolio after the Sonet and Seltos; moreover, about 57 percent of the country’s buyers opted for the petrol powertrain, while 43 percent of all buyers opted for the diesel. Talking about consumer preference, 50% of consumers preferred top and mid trims featuring Sunroof, Multi Drive Modes, Ventilated Seats, and Kia Connect.
Kia India leads its production operations from its Anantapur plant and has completed 12 lakh vehicle dispatches, which includes 9.6 lakh sales in domestic markets and over 2.5 lakh units in terms of exports.
