Kia Introduces Exclusive Gravity Editions for Sonet, Seltos, Carens

Kia is celebrating its 5th year of operations in India with the launch of the Gravity Editions of its Sonet, Seltos, and Carens models.

The Gravity Editions of the Kia’s Indian line-up get a few tweaks over their standard variants, and they attract a different price list altogether.

Kia Sonet Gravity Variant

The Kia Sonet Gravity Edition is positioned between the existing HTK and HTX variants.

The Gravity variant of the Sonet gets white brake callipers, Indigo Pera Seats with Navy Stitching, leather gear knob, spoiler, and R16 Alloy Wheels.

Based on the mid-spec HTK+, the Sonet Gravity Edition can be optioned with three engine options: the 1.2 naturally aspirated petrol, the 1.0 turbo-petrol, and the 1.5 diesel. The naturally aspirated petrol is offered with a 5-speed manual gearbox, bo-petrol, meanwhile, is offered with a 6-speed iMT unit. while the diesel is offered with a 6-speed manual. The turbo-petrol, meanwhile, is offered with a 6-speed iMT unit.

Additionally, the Kia Sonet Gravity offers convenient and advanced features like a wireless phone charger, dash cam, front door armrest, 60:40 split rear seats, rear adjustable headrests, a rear center armrest with cup holders, and the signature Gravity emblem..

The Kia Sonet Gravity comes in Matte Graphite, Pearl White, and Aurora Black Pearl colours.

Kia Seltos Gravity Variant

Kia Seltos Gravity Edition sits above the HTX variant, offering a premium experience with these upgrades. The Seltos now has 24 variants.

The Kia Seltos Gravity trim offers a host of premium enhancements, including a dash cam, a 10.25-inch digital LCD cluster, ventilated seats for both the driver and co-driver, and Bose audio. It also comes equipped with an electronic parking brake (EPB) featuring an auto-hold function.

Seltos Gravity trim being based on the HTX variant with comes with either the 1.5 naturally aspirated petrol or 1.5 diesel engine. Both units get a manual gearbox as standard, with the petrol also offered with the option of a CVT.

Color options include Glacial White Pearl, Dark Gun Metal, and Aurora Black Pearl.

Kia Carens Gravity Variant

Kia Carens Gravity trim is positioned above the Premium (O) variant.

The Carens Gravity Edition features a single-pane sunroof, dash cam, leatherette door-center trims, armrests, artificial black leather seats, LED map lights, and room lamps. The vehicle also displays a unique Gravity Emblem.

The Carens Gravity Edition is also available with both petrol and diesel engine options. Buyers can pick between the 1.5 naturally aspirated petrol, 1.5 turbo-petrol, and 1.5 diesel engines. The naturally aspirated petrol and diesel units are offered with a 6-speed manual, while the turbo-petrol is offered with a 6-speed iMT unit.
