Mahindra XUV700 Crosses Two Lakh Production Mark, Unveils New Colour Options

The Mahindra XUV700 has crossed the two lakh production milestone since its launch in August 2021.

The Indian automaker has passed this landmark in 33 months. while it surpassed the one lakh units landmark in 21 months.

Mahindra has introduced two new color options to celebrate this significant milestone for the SUV: Deep Forest and Burnt Sienna. All variants offer these two new paint schemes.

Moreover, existing single-tone color options include Dazzling Silver, Electric Blue, Everest White, Midnight Black, Red Rage, and Napoli Black.

The XUV700 is available in seven variants, namely, MX, AX3, AX5, AX5 Select, AX7, AX7 Luxury, and AX7 Luxury Blaze Edition.

Mahindra XUV700 is equipped with a 2.0-liter turbo-petrol engine producing 200 horsepower and, additionally, a 2.2-liter diesel engine that delivers up to 185 horsepower.

Both engines offer a 6-speed manual transmission and an optional 6-speed torque converter automatic transmission. The petrol model is front-wheel drive only, while the diesel model is available with all-wheel drive.

Mahindra also plans to launch the fully electric XUV.e8, which is expected to be launched by year-end.

The major competitors in the Indian market for the XUV700 are Tata Harrier and Toyota Innova Crysta.
