Maruti Suzuki’s most popular sedan in India, the Dzire managed to sell 15,460 units in the month of March. The Maruti Suzuki Dzire is based in the compact sedan segment and directly rivals the likes of the Hyundai Aura, Honda Amaze and Tata Tigor.

Over the years, the Dzire has undergone four generational updates. The first-generation model debuted in 2008, followed by the launch of the second generation in 2012. The third generation was introduced in 2017, and the fourth-generation Dzire, featuring a contemporary design, premium two-tone interiors, and a host of segment-first features, was launched in November 2024.
