This milestone makes Grand Vitara the fastest midsize SUV to reach this figure, surpassing Hyundai Creta’s record of 25 months.

Over 199,550 lakh units of the SUV were sold by the end of last month, while the remaining 450 units needed to reach the 2,00,000 mark were likely sold in early July 2024.
Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara current ex-showroom pricing range is between Rs 10.99 lakh and Rs 19.93 lakh.
The Grand Vitara’s 4 cylinder, 1462 cc, K15C + Mild Hybrid System 105.67 bhp @ 6000 rpm can generate power and 136.8 Nm @ 4400 rpm torque. It has a fuel tank capacity of 45 Litres.
The Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara comes in four main variants – Sigma, Delta, Zeta and Alpha.
Grand Vitara is available in 7 single-tone colour options and 3 dual-tone colour options : NEXA Blue, Arctic White, Splendid Silver, Grandeur Grey, Chestnut Brown, Opulent Red, Midnight Black. Only Arctic White, Splendid Silver and Opulent Red are offered with the option of a black roof and mirrors.
