The Maruti Suzuki Jimny gets a discount of up to Rs 2.5 lakh via Maruti’s financing option. Last month, Maruti Suzuki offered benefits up to Rs 1.5 lakh. The Maruti Jimny did not perform well in terms of sales, and Maruti Suzuki has increased the discount this month by up to Rs 2.5 lakh.
The massive discounts on the Jimny make it the most affordable 4×4 SUV on sale in India.
Buyers choosing MSSF for financing their SUV can get a Rs 2 lakh discount on the Zeta variant and up to Rs 2.5 lakh on the Alpha variant. The offer is valid for both the manual and automatic versions. The significant discounts offered this month make it a more attractive option for potential buyers looking for a capable SUV.
Notably, India was the first market to get a 5-door version of Suzuki’s 3-door Jimny.
The Jimny is powered by a 1.5-liter petrol engine with 103 bhp and 134 Nm, mated to either a 5-speed manual or a 4-speed automatic transmission, and it also gets four-wheel drive.
Maruti Suzuki first showcased the Jimny in India at the Auto Expo 2023, and it was launched in India in June 2023.
The Maruti Suzuki Jimny is sold via Nexa dealerships across the country.
The major competitors for the Maruti Suzuki Jimny are Mahindra Thar and Force Gurkha.
