Skoda Kodiaq 2024 Achieves 5-stars Safety Rating at Euro NCAP Crash Tests

The new Skoda Kodiaq has achieved a five-star rating test conducted by Euro NCAP, the new Kodiaq ranks as some of the safest new cars you can buy today.

The 2024 Skoda Kodiaq has excelled in various safety parameters.

Notably, the second-generation Kodiaq will launch in India in 2025 as a CKD model.

Currently, Skoda offers two highly secure models in India, the Kushaq and the Slavia, both of which received five-star ratings in the Global NCAP crash tests last year.

Skoda Kodiaq 2024

The Skoda Kodiaq is built on the MQB EVO platform. The 2024 Skoda Kodiaq signifies innovation and style, it features an improved exterior design that perfectly blends the key elements of Skoda’s style of design with current trends.

The 2024 Kodiaq scored 89 percent for adult occupant protection (AOP) and 83 percent for child occupant protection, 78 percent for safety assist systems, and 82 percent for vulnerable road users (VRU).

Upon launch, the Kodiaq 2024 is expected to include the same safety features as the global version, such as 10 airbags, autonomous emergency braking, a lane assist system, and driver fatigue detection.
