Tata Motors have unveiled the production spec Curvv EV and ICE models and will be gearing up for launch on August 7, 2024.
The Indian automaker showcased the Curvv first as an electric concept in April 2022 and then in its ICE form in January 2023.
The Tata Curvv will initially be available in an electric vehicle (EV) variant, with the internal combustion engine (ICE) model will soon follow later.
The Curvv will be the first mass market SUV-coupe and will slot in the popular compact SUV segment.
The Tata Curvv features a distinctive SUV coupe design, which enhances aerodynamic efficiency compared to the conventional boxy appearance of mid-SUVs.
The ICE Curvv gets a front grille with smaller horizontal elements while its electric model features a nose-mounted charging flap.
Coming to the side the C-pillar is thick and slopes to the back where Tata has included a rear spoiler as a part of the design. The ICE version of the Curvv gets petal-shaped dual-tone alloy wheels, while the Curvv EV comes with aerodynamically styled alloys wheels.
The Curvv ICE sports a blacked-out grille, while the EV version showcases a body-coloured, closed-off panel for the grille.
